Village of Carrollton Income Tax Collection

Effective January 1, 2019, the Village of Carrollton will partner with RITA (Regional Income Tax Agency) for the collection of Village income taxes. All residents and businesses will be required to file a tax return (or a valid exemption certificate) with RITA by April 15th each year, starting with tax year 2018.
